  My daughter suffers severe depression and has been taken to Gosford hospital a few times and received no help
  Once she had to walk all the way back home to Umina,at night,in her PJs because there was no Dr available. She had no phone to call home n she wasn't n no one offered her a phone to call me. Now she refuses to see any Dr n she suffers a disease that can kill her. I am very worried as she is showing signs of illness. She has PTSD due to years she had watched her father hit me, he also slammed her between the wall n door. Now she has it in her head to never go to the hospital or see a Dr, she said she will die b4 she first

  My son was recently a patient for 4 weeks being treated for addiction. After he was discharged a short time later he was doing the same as before he did the program. We have not seen any benefit at all from his time at the Central Coast Clinic. I rang the Clinic to ask for help as I could see things were getting worse again. I did not receive a return call.

  I spent 3 weeks in the Clinic and found the staff were professional and very caring. The environment is excellent. From the Nurses to the Psychologists who run the group sessions and give one on one sessions, thank you. Also the outpatient group sessions after discharge are run in a caring and professional environment. The attendees at those sessions i have spoken to have also praised the clinic. If you are considering attending the clinic, i highly recommend it.

  I wish there was a better way to target this review. I have had tremendous support and success with Dr. Rana as both an in and outpatient. He deserves 5 stars. Most of the staff in the clinic, the same. But the receptionists? Gosh. What a gauntlet of not good enough. Booking wrong doctors, not charging your card then making out you are scammer that doesnt pay, not forwarding emails to your doctor, not sending scripts to the chemist, not forwarding medical notes to other specialists... Just an endless list of terrible office problems. I can not in good conscience recommend anyone in the specialist rooms attached to the hospital, because if you have the sort of problems those specialists treat, the support staff will absolutely eventually break you. Just need a repeat script and your doctor just said to call? No chance baby. Dr fine with telehealth appointments? Absolutely not a chance of booking with this crew. Instant claim medicare rebate with card on file? Maybe?
  
  TL;DR the specialist room staff need further training dealing with the essentials of medical reception on top of dealing with vulnerable clients
